When you purchase your lab test and consultation package, we’l organise your lab test for you. You’ll receive a self-collection kit (similar to a large cotton tip for a cheek swab, with a collection container) in the mail with instructions, and an addressed envelope to cover sending the sample back to the lab. Results are typically available in 3–4 weeks, and you’ll be notified once they’re ready. You can then book your consultation with us by selecting Report Review via the Book Now button. You will receive the report documents via email during the report review consultation.
The total price includes both your lab test and practitioner support.
Part of your payment covers the cost of the test kit and processing by the laboratory, while the rest covers your consultation, results review, and administration.
You’ll be required to complete one payment only, through our website via the cart using a payment option of your choice, which covers the lab test, and the Report Review/consultation. The laboratory will provide a separate document indicating the test has been ordered and paid, which will outline their portion of the testing fee
